The phenomenon of Boiler running out of water

1) Phenomenon
- While operating the boiler, suddenly, the worker saw that the tube was empty of water, did not see the boundary line between the white half and the iridescent black half, but saw that the tube was just a white color of steam.
- At the same time, sometimes the pressure gauge can be seen to increase a bit, if the pressure is too high, you can also hear a fart sound at the safety valve.
- If the door is opened for coal, the fire in the furnace burns intensely, the furnace walls of the combustion chamber are hotter than usual.
- These are the common phenomena of boilers that run out of water beyond the specified limit.
2) The cause of the boiler over-drying
- Due to the worker's negligence, forgetting to regularly monitor the water level in the water pipe, forgetting to supply water to the boiler.
- Because the boiler bottom drain valve is open, leaking quite a lot, the water level on the water pipe drops quickly without seeing.
- Because the boiler has a certain part that is broken (cracked) the water escapes without knowing it (usually blown in the balloon steam pipe, manifold, sieve surface...)
- Because the pump is damaged or the "recirculation valve" is in the wrong position, even though the pump is running, water does not enter the boiler, the operator does not pay attention to monitor the water pipe.
- Due to clogged plumbing, or vacuum pump (centrifugal pump), water does not enter the boiler.
