Items performed at Kon Tum Sugar Joint Stock Company
1/ Replaced 02 new exhaust fans to reach a capacity of 60T/h (including construction + electricity) calculated for each furnace's capacity to be 30T/h.
Dismantled the old Exhaust Fan
Installed a new Exhaust Fan
2/ Replaced the 02 furnaces' economizers: Dismantled the old heater and supplied and installed a new one.
Dismantled the old economizer
Installed new economizer
3/ Handled defects of convection tubes
4/ Replaced the main steam pipe from 02 furnaces to the manifold (DN200 pipe + DN200 valve).
5/ Replaced the steam temperature regulator for 02 boilers.
6/ Insulated some gap positions.
7/ Supplied and installed new automatic boiler water supply valve (DN40/PN64: 02 pieces, electrically controlled, including electrical system).
